Shipping policy

Orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated delivery times are 5 to 12 business days for shipments within Spain and 7 to 15 business days for the rest of Europe. These time frames are indicative and may vary for reasons beyond the control of Saint Essentials.

During periods of high demand, logistics incidents or international holidays, some shipments may experience occasional delays. In exceptional situations, the delivery time may extend up to a maximum of 45 business days. By placing an order, the customer accepts these time frames.

The shipping cost will be clearly shown before completing the purchase.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Saint Essentials is not responsible for delays or incidents arising from errors in the details provided.
